Paddle Festival

Paddle Fest is our most popular event. The best thing about paddle fest is the community of river people who come together annually to enjoy adventurous river days, and nights with good friends, food and live music.

Paddle Fest is our most popular event. The original paddle fest offers 3 different river trips in 3 days, adding up to 37 miles of paddling the beautiful Blue RIver. For the last three seasons we have added an optional 4th trip on Monday where participants can paddle the rest of the lower Blue and end their trip at the confluence of the Blue and Ohio River

Bonus Trip

But wait — we have also added a bonus trip for Monday, June 9th. This trip will take you from Blue River Chapel to the Ohio River take out. The cost for this added trip is $50/haul or $55/rental for our Paddle Fest guests. Guests who would like to do this once-a-year trip but did not join us for Paddle Fest may book for $75 per person. RESERVATION ONLY! Reservations must be made by 12:00 PM Sunday, May 31st.

• Food Trucks 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Paddle Fest Reunion Party 7:30 pm at the Shelter House.

Saturday

• Free Coffee at Out of the Blue 7:30-8:30 am Saturday.
  • 7-mile upper river (8:45 am – 3:00 pm)
  • 14-mile lower river (8:00 am – 11:00 am) (RESERVATION ONLY)
    • Haul pick-up in event parking area 30 mins before scheduled trip
• Live Music 7:00 pm TBA

Sunday

• Coffee – Out of the Blue Coffee and Ice Cream Shop
  • 7-mile upper river (8:45 am – 3:00 pm)
  • 11-mile Lower River (9:00 am and 10:00 am) EXCLUSIVE (RESERVATION ONLY)
    • Haul pick-up in event parking area 30 mins before scheduled trip
